Excellent Start of the 67th Year of the Mighty Rotary Club of West Sacramento

The Mighty Rotary Club of West Sacramento started the year on a high note.  President Heine Roikjer came with assembly instructions.  In addition, the Club inducted 2 new members, Kent Ramos and Erica Leonard.
