Ray recognized Kat Gallagher as the "Soaring Rotarian." Kat has stepped up to assist in the organization of the Interact Club at River City High School.
Siva Sivakumaran has recognized as the "Quiet Rotarian." Siva has be the Chair for International Service and has been the leading force in our Honduras Water Project.
