Ike Parsons passed away on September 5th. Ike Joined the Rotary Club of West Sacramento in 1964 and had over 50 years of near perfect attendance. Ike was know for his unusual quests of speakers that would amuse all. Ike will be surely asking Paul Harris those questions now.
